THE INFLUENCE PURPOSING BY MAKE A MATCH’S TYPE COOPERATIVE LEARNING TO UNDERSTANDING THE ABILITY OF TWO VARIABLES LINEAR EQUATION SYSTEMS ON STUDENTS 10TH GRADES IN SMA N RAWALO 2011/2012

Abstract


This research intently to know the positive influence for purposing Make a
Match’s Cooperative Learning to understanding the ability of Two Variables
Linear Equation Systems on Students 10TH grades in SMA N Rawalo 2011/2012.
From those classes will be taken on class randomly as an experiment class (It will
Make a Match’s Cooperative Learning) and the other one will be taken as a
controlling class (By Common Learning). To collecting the data from this
research. Its use grasp ability material test for Two Variables Linear Equation
Systems. But before using that test, to make sure clear, will be tested the validity
first and the results is 0,44<r<0,88, for the realibility result is 0,776, the
distinguishing for this data is 0,33 – 0,64 arrounding, and the breach counting is
around 0,25 – 0,65. For analysed the data, its uses t-test statistic and the result of
t-counting is 6,78, t-table is 2,000 for α = 5%. So the conclusion is t-counting is
more than t-table (t-counting > t-table). It proves that the ability in two variables
Linear Equation Systems of understanding by Make a Match’s Cooperative
Learning is better than the Common Learning.
